1. Talk to the green penguin, get him to close the door.
2. Go into the "Staff Only Office" door of the gift shop.
3. Go to the orange couch and click the bottom to see under it
4. Get the paper clip and the computer disk.
5. Now click on the computer in that room and put in the disk. Then press the power button.
6. Click on "My Files" then "Combination_Number" then remember the letter and the number or write it down. The letters are N for north, S for South, E for East, and W for West. The number is the number on the combo.
7. Go back downstairs where the vault and penguin is.
8. Click on the vault. Enter the combo. North is the top one, South is the bottom one, west is the left one, east is the right one. Then press Confirm.
9. Go into the vault. Click on the coins on the ceiling and talk to the penguin.
10. Your spy phone is ringing! Answer it. Go to the HQ and talk to G.
11. Click on the screen with the coins and watch the video.
12. Talk to G more. He will point to a drawer of keys.
13. Click on the drawer. The key to the very left is the one labeled "Roof Top" (look at the picture below) and put it in your inventory.
14. Go back to the gift shop and back into the Staff Only office. Then go to the left, you should see a door that says "To Roof." Drag the key to the door, it should open it. Put the key back in your inventory and go in the door.
15. You should see a box that says "Powa Box." Take the wrench from your spy phone (click on the red flashing light to access it) and put it on the Powa Box. It should unscrew the screws. Put the wrench in your inventory.
16. Click on the Powa Box. Take your paper clip in your inventory and put it in the powa box. It should say "Ow" now!
17. Before you go, if you want some extra credit. Get the white fur that is in the vent. Put it in your inventory.
18. Go through the yellow door and back downstairs where the vault is. Go into the vault.
19. Talk to the penguin.
20. Go to the HQ and talk with G. Give G the hair.
21. He's gonna tell you that the night club's power went out.
22. Go to the Town. Talk to the brown penguin crying. Go into the night club.
23. Once your inside, go into your inventory and click on the night vision goggles.
24. Go into the speaker to the boiler room.
25. Go to the "Fuse Box" and click on it. Also take off the night vision goggles because the Fuse Box has light.
26. Click on the red lights until all they are all green lights. This may take a few minutes. Try not to get frustrated, just keep clicking on the lights and try different combinations to get them all green. It usually takes me 2-3 minutes.
27. If you go to the night club, you will see that crying brown penguin dancing!
28. Go to the HQ and talk to G.

Club Penguin designed that puzzle so you can't really give away how to solve it. Even if you could show how to solve the puzzle, it would look quite confusing.
